Business Purpose Mortgage Processor

Description:

As a Processor, you will manage loans from underwriting through loan approval and ensure defect-free mortgage files. Your responsibilities will include:

• Review loan applications and data
• Conform key documents and data to our fundamental model
• Verify documents and data are true, accurate, correct, and complete
• Project manage the loan from underwriting to loan approval
• Seek resolution of any issues by problem-solving and collaborating with team members
• Coordinate with third parties for delivery of title and insurance
• Keep borrower and internal stakeholders updated with conditions, need and loan status
• Review and analyze reports such as title, insurance, credit, background, bank statements and entity documents

This will initially be a hybrid position( 3 days in office). Candidates are required to be located in the San Antonio, Texas area.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree
• Prior mortgage processing experience is required. Business purpose mortgage processing a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail, very comfortable with technology
• Passion for client service and an uncanny ability to influence people and solve problems
• Comfortable with multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
