Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns. Qualifications Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations. CPR certification. Masterï ½s Degree preferred, or Bachelorï ½s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
