RN Every other weekend supervisor

As the Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts. This role provides clinical leadership and ensures quality resident care in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) on weekends

• Ensure compliance with care plans, physician orders, and documentation standards

• Respond to clinical concerns, incidents, and emergencies

• Address staffing needs and provide leadership support

• Communicate significant issues to the DON/Administrator

Qualifications

· Valid and current state RN license

· Excellent customer service abilities including effective listening skills

· Critical thinking skills

· Decisive judgment

· Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

· Must be covid vaccinated plus the booster
