About the Role

  • Advise & Educate : Work with members to find the right borrowing solutions across multiple platforms- in-branch, over the phone, and via video appointments.
  • Build Relationships : Provide financial education while delivering excellent service through a consultative approach.
  • Drive Growth : Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance members' financial well-being.
