This poisiton holds the highest level of expertise in creative direction, visual storytelling, and brand identity. You will lead the development and execution of design strategies across all platforms, ensuring alignment with Reveylst Golf Technology brand vision and business goals. This position will oversee the Creative Team’s daily functions and long-term initiatives, while escalating unique challenges or strategic decisions to executive leadership for final approval and alignment.This position reports to the **Vice President of Product Innovation & Marketing** and is based out of the San Diego office.**As the Director of Creative Design, you will have an opportunity to:*** Lead the creative vision and execution for all brand, marketing, and product design initiatives.* Manage and mentor a team of designers, ensuring high-quality output and professional growth.* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and executive teams to align design strategies with business objectives.* Oversee the development of visual assets for digital campaigns, product launches, packaging, and events.* Ensure consistency in brand identity across all touchpoints and channels.* Stay ahead of design trends and technologies to keep RGT creative output fresh and competitive.* Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders and guide feedback into actionable improvements.**You have:*** 7+ years of experience in creative design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.* A strong portfolio showcasing brand development, digital design, and campaign execution.* Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools.* Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.* Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.* A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into compelling visual experiences.* Passion for golf or familiarity with golf-related products (preferred but not required).#LI-KK1**Pay Range:**Annual Salary: $180,000.00 - $190,000.00The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.We offer a highly competitive salary, comprehensive benefits including: medical and dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401K, PTO, paid holidays, gear discounts and the ability to add value to an exciting mission!Our Postings are not intended for distribution to or use in any jurisdiction, country or territory where such distribution or use would violate local law or would subject us to any regulations in another jurisdiction, country or territory.
