Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday

Salary: $16.00 - $17.00/hr – based on experience

We are currently seeking an energetic and passionate Housekeeper.

Housekeeper Responsibilities include:

• Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights

• Cleans public areas and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture, and common areas

• Sweep and vacuum all assigned areas

• Performs all housekeeping duties, following a cleaning schedule and instructions as directed by supervisor

• Clean and/or polish all room furnishings, fixtures, ledges, heating/air conditioning units in resident rooms and all public areas

Housekeeper Education & Experience:

• One year related experience in a similar environment with on-the-job-training preferred

• Able to operate cleaning equipment such as: mangle, iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc. as required

• Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job required
