That’s why we need you, a seasoned Program Manager who can ensure our Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurityprogram achieves success.
As a lead Program Manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding enterprise network and cybersecurity operations for the Army. You’llprovidemanagement, direction, administration, quality assurance and leadershipforlarge scaleenterprise network operations, modernization and cybersecurityprograms.You'llwork directly withArmy clientsand stakeholdersto help ensure tasks are managed effectively.You'llempower our clients through communication, ensuring the program achieves its goals and meetsquality standards.You'llengage with clients to collect, understand, and define their IT requirements, analyze and translate those requirements into project plans and milestones, and create realistic resource-loaded schedules to manage and report progress.You'llwrite and deliver executive leadership level communications and briefings.

You Have :
10+ years of experience with program management, including managing complex IT projects
TS / SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degreein Project ManagementorIT
DoDM 8140.03 for Defensive Cyber Workforce (DCWF) Work Role 801 Advanced Level Certification
PMI Certification, such as PgMPorPMP
ITIL 4 FoundationandManaging ProfessionalFramework Certification
Nice If You Have :
Experience withAgilemethodologies and project tools
Experiencedeveloping and writingPerformance Work Statements (PWS) or Statements of Work (SOW)
Experiencereviewing vendor proposalsandvendor managementto align contracts and SLAs
Experience withperformancebased and awardfeecontracts

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
