A company is looking for a Helpdesk Technician to join their Remote Support team.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for client technical issues via chat, voice, SMS, and email
Troubleshoot and resolve device, software, and connectivity issues
Document issues and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system
Required Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 / 11 and basic Windows Server interaction
Experience with user provisioning and management in systems like Okta and Entra
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 user account setup and mailbox troubleshooting
Skilled in diagnosing and resolving issues with desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Understanding of device network connectivity and VPNs
