Employment Type : Full-Time
Compensation : $95,000-$115,000 annually

As our Key Account Manager , you’ll be the bridge between our heritage Fjällräven brand and the retailers who help bring our gear to life. You’ll guide seasonal strategy, deepen partnerships with major accounts, and help ensure our commitment to quality and sustainability shows up authentically within every category and channel.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Account Strategy and Growth
- Manage and grow business with key accounts by understanding their goals, timelines, and consumer priorities
- Guide seasonal strategies, assortment plans, and category direction using performance insights, consumer behavior, and market awareness
- Develop thoughtful business recommendations that balance Fenix Outdoor’s long-term vision with retailer needs
- Bring forward clear insights and opportunities to shape product direction, inventory planning, and marketing strategies
Relationship Building and Cross-Functional Collaboration
Build trusted relationships with buyers, planners, digital merchants, and retail partnersAct as a collaborative problem-solver, reducing friction and ensuring clean execution across channelsPartner closely with Planning, Marketing, Customer Service, IT / EDI, Product, and Operations teams to support seamless delivery and serviceSeasonal and Operational Excellence
Lead compelling seasonal presentations and business reviews with a clear, strategic point of viewUse sell-through data, feedback, and trends to guide assortment and inventory decisionsEnsure product presentation, digital content, and storytelling are consistent, premium, and aligned with our brand valuesVisit stores to understand how our brands show up and to identify opportunities that strengthen consumer experience and sell-throughSupport retail teams with approachable, purpose-led product educationWHAT YOU BRING
At least one year of experience managing key accounts; outdoor industry key account experience strongly preferredProven ability to build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and lead with confidence and warmthEnergetic, motivated, and proactive approach to sales and partnership developmentStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and guide thoughtful decision-makingProficiency with Excel, inventory / order systems, PowerPoint, and communication toolsReliable, organized, and effective at balancing timelines, priorities, and cross-functional coordinationSound judgment and the ability to make informed decisions while keeping partners alignedGenuine interest in outdoor culture, high-quality gear, and long-lasting product craftsmanshipPreferred (but not required)
Prior experience with major accounts such as REI, DSG, Nordstrom, and / or ZapposWHAT WE OFFER
