A company is looking for a Benefits Administrator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities :
Assist with designing, recommending, and implementing new benefits programs
Coordinate daily benefits processing, including enrollments, terminations, and compliance testing
Provide customer service support and educate employees on benefits options
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education :
Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field
Five or more years of related benefits or employee benefits administration experience
Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS systems
Knowledge of federal and state regulations affecting benefits programs
Strong planning and priority-setting skills to manage multiple projects
