Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Health Care at Achilles Home Health

Serving : Philadelphia, Montgomery, Lehigh, Berks & Northampton Counties, PA

Pay : $23-$38 / hour

Flexible schedules | 1 : 1 care | Start working ASAP

Join Achilles Home Health, the trusted provider of in‑home care since 2000, known for compassionate, high‑quality services right in patients' homes. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll be supported by one-on-one training and 24 / 7 clinical staff support to deliver exceptional care.

What You'll Do as an LPN

  • Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes - administer meds, follow care plans
  • Collaborate with families, case managers, and physicians
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance
  • Foster dignity, respect, and compassionate care in every visit

✅ What We're Looking For

  • Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in Pennsylvania
  • Reliable transportation to reach clients in your county
  • Strong communication, time management, and empathy
  • Pediatric or developmental disability experience is a plus but not required
