Cash Posting Specialist

A company is looking for a Specialist, Cash Posting.

Key Responsibilities

Post manual and electronic patient and insurance payments, adjustments, and denials

Perform daily cash reconciliation, reporting, and resolve unapplied accounts

Maintain and reconcile petty cash funds and prepare local bank deposits

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

3-5 years of direct cash handling experience in a healthcare setting preferred

High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Familiarity with data entry and basic to intermediate Excel skills preferred

Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable high-speed internet connection

Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and secure work environments
