About the Role :

We're seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable NOC Technician to support a nationwide infrastructure project. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and is comfortable working evening or overnight hours.

You'll be part of a remote team supporting field technicians during equipment installations, troubleshooting issues in real time, and ensuring smooth rollout operations across multiple locations.

What We're Looking For :

• Experience supporting network rollouts or infrastructure projects
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and remotely during off-hours
• Familiarity with Cisco / Meraki devices and command-line interfaces is a plus
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or CCNA are a bonus
