CD Staffing is excited to partner with Off The Charts (OTC) to find talented and dependable professionals ready to grow with one of the fasted expanding brands in cannabis delivery. OTC is known for setting high standards in safety, efficiency, and customer service - and now we're looking for an organized, calm-under-pressure Dispatch Coordinate to help keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities :

  • Receive, prioritize, and dispatch cannabis delivery orders to drivers in real-time using dispatch software.
  • Assign orders based on driver availability, delivery zones, and efficiency goals.
  • Monitor active deliveries, provide live status updates to customers, and resolve delivery delays quickly.
  • Maintain constant communication with drivers to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant deliveries.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries related to delivery status or concerns.
  • Track delivery metrics, maintain accurate records, and uphold all regulatory documentation.
  • Work closely with management to identify and implement operational improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with California cannabis delivery regulations and internal company policies.
  • Coordinate with retail store staff to optimize delivery windows and driver coverage.
  • Support an organized, professional, and responsive dispatch environment that drives results.

Requirements :

  • Must be 21 years of age or older, in compliance with state cannabis regulations.
  • 1+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics, retail coordination, or related roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, think on your feet, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with cannabis compliance regulations or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Proficient with dispatch tools, POS systems, and office technology.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and highly organized.
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with customers, drivers, and internal teams.
  • Cash-handling experience and basic math skills for order verification and reconciliation.
  • Comfortable working extended hours at a computer during busy delivery shifts.
  • Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs when assisting with packages or operations support.

    • Skills & Knowledge :

  • Knowledge of dispatch systems and logistics coordination.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing conditions.
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with cannabis retail or delivery operations is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and recordkeeping abilities.
  • Tech-savy and quick to learn new systems and processes.
