As VP of Brand & Integrated Marketing youll be responsible for developing and executing the companys marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and consideration resulting in continued customer and revenue growth. Youll steward the Trupanion brand leading brand strategy creative campaigns content and social with a keen eye on developing differentiated and memorable storytelling across channels products and moments.
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer you will balance KPIs with strategic and creative excellence to build a brand engine that inspires customers and fuels growth. Youll lead the charge in shaping our positioning messaging and creative strategies for both B2C and B2B audiences.
This position is open to candidates in the Seattle area. You will have a hybrid remote / in-office schedule where you will work from our casual pet-friendly office at least 3 days a week.
Responsibilities :
- Own and evolve our brand positioning voice and visual identity ensuring that our leadership position can evolve to keep us ahead of the pack
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with the companys overall objectives and growth targets considering market dynamics competitive landscape and customer insights.
- Lead concept development and execution across all brand touchpoints
- Oversee content strategy calendar and production across platforms.
- Build an organic social presence thats scroll-stopping and community-building.
- Build and mentor a high performing team and foster a culture of creativity and curiosity
Qualifications :
15 years of relevant marketing experience including in-house roles for brands (agency experience also welcome)5 years of experience in marketing leadership roles with a track record of success developing marketing plans that drive business growthExperience developing marketing programs for brands with both B2C and B2B audiences including in regulated categoriesPassion for our category company culture and mission!Skills :

The pay range for this position is $155000 - $175000 on a full-time schedule.Along with base salary Trupanion employees may be eligible for monthly bonuses.We want all employees to be invested in Trupanions success so we grant Restricted Stock Units to all new team members.
