Staff Accountant

Are you a numbers whiz who loves organizing and analyzing data? As our Staff Accountant, you'll be the hero behind our accounts payable and receivable functions. Your knack for detail and accuracy will shine as you create clear and insightful financial reports. You'll work closely with our Finance Director and a fantastic team to keep everything running smoothly!

Primary Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable

• Dive into invoicing and collaborate with our regional finance team for interoffice invoices.


• Be the detective ensuring all revenue and billing transactions have proper supporting documentation.


• Build and maintain great relationships with client accounts payable and purchasing departments.


• Assist in monthly AR close, account reconciliations, and journal entry preparations.


• Keep the ball rolling with collections follow-ups.

Accounts Payable

• Keep a keen eye on expenditures and record vendor invoices.


• Ensure timely payments in line with company policies.


• Validate and approve all expenses with a sharp eye for detail.


• Resolve any discrepancies with vendors like a pro.

Internal Reports

• Create and generate insightful internal reports for management, showcasing your analytical talents.

Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent – you're the numbers guru!


• At least 3+ years of accounting experience (CPA is a bonus!).


• Stellar communication skills, both written and oral.


• Familiarity with accounting software like Sage


• Experience with tax compliance reporting, such as FBAR and Form 1099-NEC, is preferred.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – no handholding needed!


• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in our fast-paced, high-energy environment.


• Strong ethical standards and problem-solving abilities.
