Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our Innovation team. In this role, you will support, configure, and optimize our Salesforce platform to meet evolving business needs. You will collaborate closely with Salesforce Developers, Business Analysts, and key stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that improve business processes and user experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister, configure, and support Salesforce functionality to meet business requirements
Maintain fluency with Salesforce Query and Search Languages (SOQL and SOSL)
Support Senior Salesforce Developers and Business Analysts as needed
Configure Salesforce features including Lightning Experience, Flows, validation rules, and page layouts
Assist with customization efforts using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (AURA and LWC) as required
Support integrations using Salesforce APIs, web services (REST and SOAP), and third-party applications
Review technical implementations to ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and standards
Create and maintain system and process documentation, including naming conventions and Salesforce procedures
Participate in the full application lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post-release support
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
(Four or more years of hands-on Salesforce experience in lieu of degree considered)
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce administration tools and features
Experience with Salesforce data models, security settings, and user management
Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
Experience with REST and SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform Developer II
Experience supporting Salesforce in an insurance or financial services environment
Demonstrated interest in learning new technologies and improving business processes
