Position : RN-OR-Operating Room (Travel / Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-OR-Operating Room for a 13-week contract in Florence, South Carolina — earn up to ($1767 - $1860 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in the operating room setting.

Assist in surgical procedures and ensure patient safety.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Collaborate with surgical teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Maintain sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols.

Contribute to achieving departmental performance targets.

Monitor patient vitals and report any changes to the team.

Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.

Utilize data to assess and improve patient care processes.

Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Assist in training new staff and sharing best practices.

Foster a positive work environment through teamwork and communication.

Experience / Qualifications

Current RN license in South Carolina or compact state.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

Experience in an operating room setting preferred.

Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient safety protocols.

Ability to maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols.

Ability to monitor and interpret patient vitals effectively.

Excellent communication skills for teamwork and collaboration.

Proven ability to document patient care accurately and timely.

Willingness to assist in training new staff and sharing best practices.

Experience in performance evaluations and providing feedback.
