A company is looking for a Technical Services Representative (Remote - United States).
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot escalated technical incidents
Maintain documentation for support incidents and create training materials
Coordinate software upgrades and manage client technical issues
Required Qualifications
Flexibility to work evening shifts and occasional weekend on-call shifts
Advanced technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Intermediate experience in reading HL7 messages and basic SQL knowledge
Hands-on experience with APIs and basic proficiency in HTML and JavaScript
Minimum of 2+ years of experience supporting software solutions
