Advantage Resourcing is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager in Lafayette, LA. This direct hire role offers the chance to lead a quality unit in an FDA and GMP-regulated environment.
Salary: $80-90K per year
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for monitoring and managing service inbox inquiries, reviewing and updating service records, and generating quotations and order confirmations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist with service dates, pricing, and orders, and fulfill requests for tools and parts. Coordinate subcontractor jobs, run service order reports, and update due dates. Supervise and review QA personnel, provide cGMP training and coaching, and lead investigations to resolve system issues. Ensure inspection and audit readiness at all times.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Customer Service, Inside Sales Support, or Technical Support
- 5+ years using CRM software (Salesforce or similar)
- 8+ years with email, soft tools (like TEAMS), and video calling
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- ERP experience required, SAP or Syteline preferred
- Being bilingual is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field required Chemistry or Biology preferred
