About the Role :

We are looking for a Head of Business Development to spearhead our expansion and lead clinic engagement initiatives. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role focused on building relationships with healthcare providers and onboarding them to our RCM platform.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and engage clinics and primary care physicians for OneZero’s RCM services.

Set appointments, conduct meetings with decision-makers, and onboard new clients.

Develop and implement business development strategies to drive market growth.

Build long-term partnerships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.

Collaborate with the leadership team to refine go-to-market and growth strategies.
