Job Summary:
The Caregiver provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services following their established plan of care within the clients homes.

Responsibilities can include, but are not limited to:

• Housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Transportation
• Companionship
• Personal Hygiene (bathing, toileting, dressing)
• Memory Care
• Communicate professionally with families and your team

Qualifications:

• Reliable Vehicle, Valid Driver's License, and Auto Insurance along with a clean driving record
• Prior home care experience is a plus
• Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care
