A well-respected national litigation firm is seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney to join its San Diego office . This role offers a flexible hybrid or fully remote work arrangement and is ideal for a motivated litigator looking for a long-term opportunity with meaningful growth, responsibility, and support. Responsibilities :

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and other litigation-related documents.
• Appear at court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Independently manage a litigation caseload as part of a collaborative team.
• Handle matters from inception through resolution.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide regular status updates.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups and offices to support case strategy.
