Are you a highly motivated General Dentist looking to take ownership of your craft in a supportive, patient-centered environment? We're looking for a strong, clinically confident dentist to join our small, tight-knit general dentistry practice in Laurel, MD as the sole provider on-site.

About the Practice :

We are a privately owned practice with a loyal patient base, a collaborative and upbeat team, and a strong reputation in the community. Our office is equipped to provide comprehensive care, and our ownership team is committed to your long-term success with ongoing support and mentorship available-especially for more complex procedures.

What We're Looking For :

  • A full-time General Dentist with strong clinical skills and a proven ability to produce efficiently and ethically
  • Someone who thrives in a leadership role and can confidently guide and inspire the dental team
  • A great communicator who works closely with ownership to ensure clinical excellence and team stability
  • A team player who values a positive work culture and genuinely enjoys building long-term relationships with patients
