Key Responsibilities
Process customer warranty claims and provide daily performance reports
Make decisions on warranty approvals and denials based on company guidelines
Develop and implement process improvements in warranty processing and administration
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalency
Minimum of 3 years of education and warranty experience
1 or more years of Call Center experience
Ability to interpret technical manuals and possess strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with strong computer skills in AS400 and Microsoft Office
