We currently serve children, adolescents, families, parents, and individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges. At Inspire Services, we take pride in being an inclusive and welcoming space for all.

We are seeking a full-time clinician to provide counseling services both in-person at our Charlotte office and virtually through telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Provide individual, family, and couples therapy sessions, both in-person and virtually.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Collaborate with team members for referrals, case consultations, and coordinated care.
• Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders using evidence-based approaches.
• Uphold the highest standards of client confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Maintain all required professional licenses and liability insurance.
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment for all clients.

Qualifications

Compensation :

Pay range : $30 – $75 per hour , depending on experience and credentials.
