Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our communities thrive. You'll tackle a variety of maintenance tasks, helping to maintain the comfort and safety of our commercial and condominium properties. Compensation :

$25.50 - $27.50 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Act as a first line of defense for building repairs.
• Perform facilities maintenance repairs, including, but not limited to, electrical, HVAC, painting, plumbing, ceiling tile replacement, lighting, carpentry, building equipment, etc.
• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the building.
• Execute daily operations to keep commercial buildings and condominiums safe and in working order.
• Liaison between the Management Company and vendors for specific tasks.
• Responsible for the daily management of the schedule to complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Oversee and manage maintenance projects at commercial and condominium properties in Fairfield County.
