Position Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks in support of Department, Division, Branch, Section, and Project requirements.
• Perform scheduling and organizing of meetings, events and conferences including conference rooms and other spaces required to implement the activity.
• Support the preparation, request, and submission of travel related documentation until approval to include travel orders, vouchers, visit requests, passports, and other required documentation and authorizations needed for travel.
• Monitor Government personnel training status including delinquencies. Delinquencies shall be reported to the appropriate managers via email or regular scheduled meetings.
