Jr. Criminal Defense Associate (Misdemeanor Experience Required)

Candidates with jury trial, preliminary hearing, and misdemeanor experience are preferred, but we are willing to coach hardworking and committed team members who have at least 1 year of demonstrable experience with criminal law and restraining order concepts. Candidates must be high-energy and willing to hit the ground running.

The right candidates will be able to manage their time and cases effectively. This is a fast-paced position, but it is ideal for someone who is still committed to providing quality service to every client in the firm at all times, no matter the pace. We are seeking candidates who work hard to produce excellent results.

• Strong oral and written advocacy skills are required.

Compensation and benefits include base salary plus contributions to health / dental / vision plans, 401(k), mileage reimbursement, use of company car, bar dues, malpractice insurance, parking, student loan assistance, and other bonuses and benefits.

Compensation : $100,000 - $135,000 yearly, depending on years of experience and criminal defense experience.
