Certified Nursing Assistant - NOC Shift

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a crucial role in advancing our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. Your ability to recognize and respond to the unique interests and needs of our residents will help them maximize their independence and participation. This position involves providing exceptional care, assisting with daily living activities, and engaging residents in recreational activities while fostering a safe and supportive environment.

Location : Terraces of Los Gatos, 800 Blossom Hill Rd, Los Gatos, CA 95032

This is a Full-time position with benefits.

Schedule : NOC Shift, rotating 4 on 2 off, 11 : 00 pm - 7 : 00 am (7.5 hours).

Compensation : $25.30 - 35 / hour, DOE, plus shift differentials for PM, NOC, and weekend shifts.

What You Bring :

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNA in skilled nursing
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
• Prior CNA or caregiving experience is required
