We are seeking a dynamic and clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our physician-led hospital medicine team in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This full-time position follows a 7-on / 7-off schedule, offering extended time off while maintaining a predictable rotation. In this role, you will collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and administrative leadership to deliver exceptional inpatient care. You will also contribute to quality improvement initiatives, help enhance program components, and implement proprietary protocols that improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality inpatient care in collaboration with the physician team.

• Manage patient admissions, daily rounding, and discharges.

• Work with leadership to maintain strong performance in quality metrics and program initiatives.

• Participate in protocol implementation and continuous improvement efforts.

Education & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies (required).

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (required).

• Active Wisconsin license or ability to obtain prior to start (required).

• DEA registration (preferred).

• Hospital or acute care experience preferred.
