Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position offers an opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services within an elementary school setting, working primarily with young children aged 4 to 6. The role is a contract position for the duration of the school year, beginning January 5, 2026, and concluding May 22, 2026. The estimated workload is approximately 20-25 hours per week at a single location.
Responsibilities include delivering direct speech-language services to a caseload of about 40 students, serving as the case manager for roughly 10 students receiving direct services. The SLP will be responsible for conducting necessary testing, updating Present Levels of Academic Achievement and Functional Performance (PLAAFPs), and establishing goals tailored for related services students. Attendance at meetings related to student progress and planning is also required.
