Northeast Title & Tag is thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new Williamsport store in early 2026 and were building our team now! This is your chance to get in on the ground floor of something exciting. We want enthusiastic, customer-focused team members who are ready to train with us, grow with us, and celebrate the grand opening of our newest location by February.

As part of Team Thompson , our Title & Tag Agents are more than clerks. They are trusted guides who help customers navigate DMV paperwork with patience, knowledge, and care. If youre ready to bring your energy, your people skills, and your commitment to accuracy to a company thats expanding and investing in its future this role is for you!

What Youll Do

• Welcome and assist customers with titles, tags, registrations, renewals, transfers, plates, and more.
• Guide customers through PennDOT paperwork with accuracy and confidence.
• Provide friendly, professional communication in person and over the phone.
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Process payments and keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment where teamwork matters.

Training & Growth Opportunities

• Learn across all four divisions of Team Thompson : Title & Tag, Insurance, DOT Compliance, and Pack & Send.
• Well help you get your Notary Public certification within 90 days (already certified? Even better!).
• Interested in sales or advising? Well support you in pursuing your insurance license for future growth.

Who You Are

• Friendly, reliable, and excited to help people.
• Organized and detail-focused you like getting it right the first time.
• Comfortable with paperwork, computers, and multitasking.
• A team player whos ready to grow with a company that invests in you.

Preferred (but not required) :

• Customer service, dealership, or DMV-related experience.
• Notary Public certification.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills.

Minimum Requirements :

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Valid drivers license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Commitment to obtain Notary certification within 90 days.
