As part of Grammarly's productivity suite, you'll join the Superhuman team in shaping the future of email and communication.

Outcome #1 : Own our product strategy, in partnership with our CEO, to extend our product-market fit and grow even faster than before. [build the right thing]

• Frame key strategy questions, decide an approach, and build a roadmap that will drive our overall product strategy. These questions include :
• Define our team and enterprise products what do they do, who are they for, and how are they positioned.
• Define the balance between single-player and multiplayer
• Define the balance between SMB, mid-market, and enterprise.
• Define the balance between solution deepening and marketing widening.
• Continue to improve our core product through customer discovery, domain expertise, user feedback, and analytics.

Outcome #3 : Execute our product strategy in partnership with our Head of Engineering and Head of Design [build it fast]

Outcome #4 : Build and lead a high-performing product organization. [run the team]

This is a hybrid role in San Francisco and the expectation is that you will be working out of our San Francisco hub 3x a week.
