Position Overview :We are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities :Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.Allocate resources efficiently for assigned projects.Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to schedule and specifications.Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients to ensure project success.Negotiate with contractors to obtain reasonable order costs and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.Maintain high standards of workmanship that align with original plans and specifications.Qualifications :Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience as a Construction ManagerProject management certification is preferredDeep understanding of construction management methods and processesAdvanced knowledge of construction methods, building products, and building codesStrong leadership and crisis resolution skillsFamiliar with Microsoft Excel and construction management software such as Procore, and Microsoft ProjectAbility to break large projects into small steps30 hour Osha CertificationNovium Group LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
