A growing technology services provider is seeking a hands-on and reliable Field Technician to join its team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in dynamic environments, has strong technical skills, and is comfortable working on-site-including in active construction settings.

What You’ll Do :

  • Run and terminate CatX cables with precision and attention to detail.
  • Understand and support fiber optic cable installations.
  • Install and troubleshoot VoIP systems.
  • Set up and maintain security camera systems.
  • Install computers and peripherals in various environments.
  • Use hand and power tools confidently and safely.
  • Work in bare construction sites and adapt to changing conditions.
  • Climb and carry ladders of various sizes as needed.
  • Install and test WiFi systems to ensure optimal performance.

What You Bring :

  • Solid understanding of cable types and termination techniques.
  • Familiarity with fiber optics and VoIP systems.
  • Experience with security camera setup and troubleshooting.
  • Comfort working with tools and in physically demanding environments.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to safety protocols.

    • Education & Experience :

  • Relevant hands-on experience in field tech, cabling, or IT installation.
  • Technical certifications are a plus but not required.
