Exceptional Opportunity : Full-Time Cardiac Anesthesiologist

Kaweah Health is actively seeking a Full-Time Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our esteemed team in Visalia, CA. Elevate your career in a dynamic environment committed to clinical excellence and collaborative care.

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Provide Anesthesia coverage for : Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular Surgery, Structural Heart, and Cath Lab
  • May assist with : General, Ortho, Podiatry, ophthalmology, GYN, Plastics, Urology, Trauma, and L&D
  • Resident supervision + independent cases
  • 8-hour guarantee shifts on clinical days
  • Cardiac home call (approx. 1 : 3 weekdays, every 3rd weekend)

Quali?cations

  • ABA Board Certi?ed
  • Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology Fellowship
  • Certi?ed in Perioperative TEE
  • Active CA license
  • Passion for teaching and residency education

    • Compensation Package

  • 1099 status
  • $2,640 / day guarantee for 8-hour weekly shifts (Monday- Friday)
  • $850 weekday call stipend, $1500 weekend call stipend
  • Approx. $700K + annual earnings (based on 40 hrs / week & 6 weeks o)
  • Additional compensation for extra shifts
  • Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
  • Up to $50k sign-on bonus (3-year commitment)
  • Up to $100k student loan forgiveness (4-year commitment)
  • Relocation assistance
  • Compensation subject to annual market review
