The A&R department at Warner Records Group is responsible for finding and developing musical artists to sign as well as producing artists and driving creative content for all forms of media. Your role includes handling all administrative aspects of work for the President, A&R, Warner Records Group as well as more detailed project management and independent projects on various levels. Requires a committed, flexible, proactive, organized, and independent person who is willing to engage in typical administrative / clerical duties as well as more complex project work related to all aspects of the record-making process.

This position requires a minimum of four days per week in the office. We value in-office collaboration and believe it's essential for talent development and fostering strong working relationships. Salary Range $20.00 to $25.00 Hourly Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs.
