Role & Responsibilities
In this role, you will :
Developing and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6.Performing cost analysis, forecasting, and budget tracking for assigned projects.Supporting Earned Value Management (EVM) processes and variance analysis.Preparing weekly and monthly project performance reports including progress curves, KPIs, and cost / schedule trends.Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment between the project plan, actuals, and forecasts.Managing change control processes, including tracking changes and evaluating impacts on schedule and cost.Providing support during project risk reviews and facilitating contingency planning.Ensuring compliance with client and PTAG project control standards and proceduresQualifications / Requirements
To succeed in this role, you bring :
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 3-5 years of relevant project controls experience in capital projects preferably in Data Center Construction, Transmission & Distribution, Substation projects.Proficient in project controls software, particularly Primavera P6 and MS Excel; experience with cost systems (e.g., EcoSys, Prism) is an asset.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.Understanding of EVM and project performance metrics.PMP, AACEI (CCP, PSP), or similar certification is an asset.Why Join PTAG?
