Job Description

• Design Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and create tailored rehabilitation strategies that support them in achieving their functional objectives

• Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work collaboratively with fellow healthcare professionals such as OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver well-rounded, comprehensive care
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their caregivers about therapy strategies to encourage progress beyond the clinical setting
• Monitor Progress and Adjust Plans: Track clinical developments and refine treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
• Commitment to continuing education and acquiring post-graduate certifications is encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• Mandatory completion of the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification
