Zayo is seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), reporting to the SVP Corporate FP&A. Our VP of FP&A is responsible for the Financial Planning & Analysis function. As a member of the Finance leadership team, our VP of FP&A will interact closely with the Executive Leadership Team, our Private Equity investors and our external public and private market lenders. The position plays a pivotal role in influencing the Company's growth trajectory and our associated value creation.

Responsibilities :

• Manage annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Provide Actual vs. Budget reporting & analytics.
• Create financial models for short, medium, and long-range (5-year) planning.
• Partner with the Executive Leadership Team and Private Equity Investors on setting parameters for the Annual Incentive Plan.

Estimated Base Pay Range : $235,000 - $265,000 USD / annually

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
