Description : Job Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Memory Care Director to lead our memory care department and support residents living with memory impairment. This role is responsible for developing meaningful programming and collaborating with families to enhance residents’ lives. The ideal candidate brings creativity, leadership, and a deep understanding of dementia and memory care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the community’s key resource on cognitive care strategies.
• Plan, develop, and direct individual and group activities to meet residents’ mental, physical, spiritual, and social needs.
• Maintain resident assessments, support plans, calendars, and participation records.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to support residents individually at all stages of memory impairment.
• Ensure compliance with community policies, safety, and infection control standards.
• Manage program budget, supplies, and volunteer involvement.
