About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Labor / Delivery RN in Tracy, California, 95376!

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring patients, delivering mothers, and their newborns during the labor and delivery process
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs using advanced fetal monitoring techniques
• Assist physicians and midwives during labor and delivery procedures
• Perform neonatal assessments and provide immediate newborn care, including resuscitation if needed
• Educate and support patients and their families throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum period
• Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with hospital policies and legal requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, demonstrating critical thinking and effective decision-making skills
