Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Inpatient / Outpatient Pediatric Hepatology

Work Schedule :

100% FTE, Monday - Friday, 8 hour days between the hours of 8 : 00 am and 5 : 00 pm. No weekends, holidays or call.

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to :

• Provide evaluation and treatment and follow up for a wide range of pediatric hepatologic disorders in an inpatient / outpatient setting.
• Conduct comprehensive health history and physical assessment for new and follow up patients.
• See patients pre and post-procedure and manage complications related to procedures or surgery (includes patients having procedures done in interventional radiology - venograms, liver biopsies etc) .
• Collaborate with inpatient transplant team releated to transplant patients pre and post transplant

Education :

If Nurse Practitioner : Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program.

If Physician Assistant : Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program.

Licenses and Certifications :

Minimum - State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
