Job Title : Vehicle Operator

Employment Type : Direct Hire

Shift / Hours : Swing Shift / Graveyard

Location : San Antonio, TX

Pay Range : $22.40 / hr + Shift Differential

Job Summary : Balance Staffing is seeking an Operator to support day-to-day vehicle operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing performance and safety standards. This position does not require technical expertise—only strong situational awareness, attention to safety, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Remain attentive throughout each customer session and respond quickly to any issues.
• Vehicle operations
• Maintain a professional, courteous attitude while interacting with customers.
• Oversee performance during sessions to ensure safety and reliability.
