Coding Compliance Research Analyst

A company is looking for a Coding and Compliance Research Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems

Identify user requirements and improve existing processes through detailed analysis

Lead problem solving and coordination efforts between various business units

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare

Project management experience preferred

Experience in medical billing and coding is preferred

CPC / CCS Certification is a plus
