Essential Job Functions

Temp staff will assist the Support Services area of University Housing Facilities complete summer projects. Some summer projects include moving furniture and inspecting furniture, mattresses, and desk chairs, along with cleaning items with a pressure washer. Ability to move up to 50 lbs. is required and to be performed with or without reasonable accommodations. This position will work independently and in a group at various times throughout the summer. This position will report to a full-time staff member in Support Services.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience raising, lowering, and Inspecting beds
• Experience inspecting mattresses, desk chairs or other items
• Experience moving furniture
• Experience using a pressure wash
• Experience working independently on projects
• General Building Trades Experience

Work Schedule / Hours

Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 00 p.m.

Physical Demands of Position

Hiring Range

$14-$15 hourly
