Assist in designing and executing restaurant promotions or special events to drive sales. Competitive Compensation : $65,000 - $70,000 annually. Job Qualifications
We’re looking for a highly motivated Restaurant Assistant General Manager to join us in Dallas, Texas. For success in this role, candidates will need :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the casual restaurant industry.
- Preferred : High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with POS systems.
- Current alcohol and food certifications as per state requirements.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in team leadership and conflict resolution.
- Exceptional communication skills, including strong verbal and written abilities.
- Physical stamina to meet the demands of a busy restaurant environment.
