Home Health Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Home Health Administrator to oversee and manage the daily operations of our home health agency. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining high care standards and compliance with all regulations, ensuring a dignified and supportive environment for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and management of the Home health agency
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to clients
• Coordinate with other medical professionals, such as physicians, and nurses, to ensure proper healthcare services are provided
• Implement an effective budgeting and accounting system that promotes the health and safety of the agency's clients
• Handle patient complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement client care plans

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have experience in a healthcare setting
