Accounts Receivable Representative

A company is looking for an Associate Accounts Receivable Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely payments from primary and secondary payers and self-pay patients

Conduct thorough follow-up on patient accounts to maintain accurate accounts receivable reporting

Resolve denials and reimbursement issues while meeting cash collection metrics and goals

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Experience with denials and appeals

Familiarity with Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and reading medical policies from payers

Healthcare experience
